A Taiwanese Evening

My wife and I had some dumplings we made beforehand with our friends (Bill and Anais). Accompanying the dumplings, we had tofu with an 1000-year egg.
For our dessert, each of us ate 2 Tang-Yun filled with peanuts.
After Dinner, it was the Mahjong and Tea time.
It was a very enjoyable evening.

Recipe: Salmon and Cream Cheese Sandwich

Recipe of the day.
Sandwich with Salmon & Cream cheese / Sandwich au saumon et à la crème au fromage.

Ingredients:
- Smoked Salmon / Saumon fumé
- Cream Cheese / Crème au fromage
- Sliced Bread / pain en tranche
- Pepper / Poivre

Method:
- Take 1 slice of bread / Prenez une tranche de pain.
- Put some cream chease on it / tartinez la crème au fromage.
- Then some salmon slice, and a bit of pepper / Mettez une tranche de saumon fumé et poivrez.
- Cover with another slice of bread / Couvrez avec une autre tranche de pain.

Here a good and healthy lunch / Et voila, un déjeuner sain et équilibré.
